1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
A refund or replacement will only be issued if there is a clear printing error or product defect caused by Engagio.ie.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue and a description of the problem.
We will assess the issue and offer a reprint or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or reprints in the following cases:
Customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect design, low-resolution images).
Minor color variations due to standard printing processes.
Delays caused by third-party couriers.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
